Legacy Wrestling Academy: Withdrawal Process
We understand that circumstances may change, and a participant may need to withdraw from our program. Below is the step-by-step process for withdrawing from Legacy Wrestling Academy.

Notification:
To initiate the withdrawal process, the parent or guardian must notify Legacy Wrestling Academy in writing. This can be done via email to rmarshall@legacytrained.org or through a letter delivered to the academy’s office.
The notification should include the participant’s full name, age group, reason for withdrawal, and the effective date of withdrawal.
Notice Period:
A minimum of 30 days' notice is required to process the withdrawal. This notice period ensures that we can plan for the change in our coaching and facility usage.
Confirmation:
Upon receiving the withdrawal notification, Legacy Wrestling Academy will send a confirmation email or letter to the parent or guardian, acknowledging the request and specifying the final date of participation based on the 30-day notice period.
Return of Equipment:
Any academy-owned equipment (e.g., singlets, headgear) must be returned in good condition by the final date of participation. Failure to return equipment may result in additional charges.
Exit Interview (Optional):
We encourage parents or guardians to participate in an optional exit interview. This feedback helps us improve our programs and address any concerns that may have led to the withdrawal.
